Alternative Mortgage Funding Corporation is a Licensed Mortgage Banker that was established in Seminole County, Florida in 1985 by Robert M. Samuels, CPA and founder. AMFC has evolved over the past 23 years from its beginnings as a Retail Mortgage Brokerage Operation to a Sub-prime Wholesale Lender in the 1990’s to its present position as one of the premier Net Branch Companies in existence.
AMFC is now licensed in ten states, has an extensive investor list, both FHA and VA approval, services a Private Mortgage Portfolio, and has many warehouse lines and access to a myriad of loan programs. With our
Corporate Offices located in Altamonte Springs, Florida and Branch Offices throughout these ten States, AMFC has the necessary infrastructure to assist you with any local residential
or commercial financing
opportunities that you wish to explore.
