• We do not share personal information about you with Alternative Mortgage Funding Corporation Affiliates or other third parties unless it is necessary to the extent that it may help us administer our business.
• In the event AMFC contemplates sharing any non-public personal information about its customers in a manner that is not consistent with this policy, you will be notified and provided an opportunity, prior to such disclosure, to elect to exclude your information from being shared.
• AMFC will only share personal information that is legally required.  We may share personal information with law enforcement agencies or other third parties to prevent or investigate suspected fraudulent activities.

• Sharing of Personal Information with Marketing Companies:
• We do not sell or give lists of customers or former customers or personal information to brokers, marketing firms, or to other third parties. 
• How We Keep Information Private:
• We have internal policies and procedures designed to keep customer information safe.  These include:
• Use of a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a cryptographic internet protocol used to transmit private documents via the internet, for all online applications and personal information submissions. 
• Allowing access to information only to authorized employees performing specific job responsibilities necessitating access.
• Maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect consumer information.
• Training employees on privacy and disciplining any employees who violate our procedures.
